I turn the upper and lower appliances every 3 days (1/4 mm each time). I had a dental appt recently and was told that my front teeth (top and bottom) have shortened roots from my orthodontic treatment (root resorption.) It took a year and a half... which isn't bad... i knew adults having it done.. and it was taking them alot longer.
