It was served with 1 piece of sourdough bread and 3 packets of oyster crackers. It was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Service was great if you went early. We sat at the bar and felt completely safe and socially distant.
We had a pint of New England chowder. and he's already asking me if I want to go back again today. Not overly generous with the fish.

Literally, EVERYTHING was excellent, but beware, it is very rich (as in creamy...& buttery), and if like us, you don't eat stuff like that a lot, your stomach won't be able to tolerate the whole meal at once. There was also a s butternut...squash puree (if I remember correctly) drizzled on the dish. Whenever family is in from out of town, we head to Bluewater.
The pasta with shrimp...and scallops had a very nice flavor but there was sand in both scallops.

I had the combination...and my wife had the halibut, we were both sharing ans really enjoying our early dinner!More, A salesperson in one of the shops we visited recommended Blue Water and it lived up to her billing. My only negative is that the mussel dish says it is served with toast and it was simply the same bread that is sat on your table before your appetizer.
