The only problem with going back is that it can be nearly impossible to go back once you played a similar game with better graphics/gameplay. For the same reason i would sugest playing rogue only AFTER completing IV black flag because the controls on rogue are imo much much better than AC IV so if you start with rogue and then try to play 4 it will be a pain in the ass beacuse you're used to the better controls.
